Join AHA PULSE DC as we team up with Champion Boxing of Rockville to help promote healthy living through cardiovascular activities. The event will have one 1 hour long sessions made up of 3 core components: Boxing 101, Boxing/Kickboxing and Strength and Conditioning. The event kicks off at 2:00, please show up 15 mins prior to your start time)
We will be joined by professional trainers including Three-time Middleweight Champion of the World William Joppy.
Proceeds will go directly to the American Heart Association. Help us fight against heart disease and also get a killer workout.
